Ah! I made the assumption you had printed your own from a design on thingiverse. Yes, it's a great use for old socks with holes in the heel! Never tried numbing cream - there's no way I can come in my "stainless steel Panties From Hell" anyway!!

I have a nice stainless steal one with a cone shaped inner thats good, but pricey...
